In moving applications, vibrations and transverse forces can occur, which can be absorbed by the springy contacts. Now permanent contact is guaranteed.
The HSK 5455 is designed for continuous current up to 400A. The contact pin is suitable for contacting both soft solder tabs, hard battery contacts but also ideal for power rails. By using high-quality materials such as silver and copper, a low contact resistance of only ≤ 0.2mΩ has been achieved. The HSK is surprisingly compact: 61.9mm x Ø 14mm.
Particularly manufacturers and suppliers in the EV segment, place high demands on the contacts included in their supply and test systems.
