The FIXC series from Amphenol-LTW is an IP68 cable to cable connection for field mounting. It is designed to reliably and easily make cable connections in damp environments such as outdoor LED fixtures. There is a T-adapter and there are I-adapters as straight feedthroughs in different versions with the following features:
- suitable for cable ø 4,5 -12,5mm
- 2, 3 and 4 core variants
- IP68 saltwater spray , UV resistant
- Screw mount cores
- -40 ~ +105°C - 450Vac/dc
- 20A for 2 and 3 cores; 15A for 4 cores
In addition to outdoor LED lighting, applications are conceivable for on ships, in greenhouses, windmills, CCTV, communication networks, automotive and industrial applications.
