With the MB2530, Maxbotix has developed an ultrasonic detector specifically for load detection in trailers. This sensor has combined accuracy and a large measurement range. The resolution is one centimeter on a range of 50 to 1650cm. A built-in filter ignores any disturbing reflections from, for example, uneven side walls. The extremely compact sensor of only 2.5cm2 surface area can be easily integrated. For optimal operation, a sonar circuit is also integrated which guarantees 100% detection. Other features:
