The new range of CarSonar ultrasonic sensors, are specially developed to perform non-contact distance measurements on moving objects. This cost-effective solution has a directly usable output signal, requiring no additional signal processing. Automatic factory calibration makes the sensors immediately applicable.
One of the three versions of the Carsonar, the MB8450, features micro USB connectivity for easy integration. The sensors can be used in a network configuration.
They feature automatic filtering and are immune to other ultrasonic interference sources.
