Block offers a comprehensive portfolio of PCB transformers featuring double or reinforced galvanic isolation between the primary and secondary windings. All models are cUL and VDE certified and designed for use in SELV (Safety Extra Low Voltage) and PELV (Protective Extra Low Voltage) circuits.
They are cast using the XtraDenseFill process under vacuum, thereby eliminating air pockets. This ensures high mechanical stability, excellent moisture resistance, and long-term electrical reliability in demanding environments.
The VB, VC, FL, and PT series are compact, hermetically sealed transformers designed to ensure safe electrical isolation between input and output voltages in accordance with EN (IEC) 61558-2-6.
The VB series is ideal for low-power control applications in high ambient temperatures, such as indicator modules, measurement sensors, and small control circuits where safety and limited PCB space are key considerations.
