When developing applications for DIN-rail mounting, standard DIN-rail enclosures are often used. However, these are unnecessarily wide in many cases because they use a separate terminal strip as a PCB connection.
The new INS265 series of DIN-rail enclosures from PTR HARTMANN is a clever solution, with a standard width of only 6.2 mm. This already allows for 6 connections, either push-in or screw connections.
By using different enclosure covers, enclosure widths of up to 15.0 mm can be realized.
The PCBs can also be assembled by PTR on customer request, inserted into the enclosure and then soldered to the predefined contact positions.
There are several housing options:
- Opening top: closed with blind plug, equipped with separating blades or slide switches, opening for thumbwheel switch or USB-C connector
- LED prisms
- grounding base
- openings in the side walls
- laser marking at connections and/or sidewalls
- available in different colors
With the INS265 series of DIN rail enclosures, PTR HARTMANN offers a flexible and individual solution for electronics in control cabinets.
