Fulham recently presented a new European "all-in-one" emergency lighting LED driver. The housing contains both an LED driver and a lithium battery for backup power and a battery charger. A monthly or annual self-test function is integrated in accordance with the latest EU standards.
This emergency LED driver meets all relevant European standards such as ENEC, among others, making the new Fulham HotSpot Plus a godsend for lighting manufacturers who can use it to offer a complete qualified emergency lighting solution. Due to the "all-in-one" solution, connection is easy and the lighting fixture has also become an emergency light, without the addition of an extra light source that is only used during emergency situations.
The HotSpot Plus consists of an extremely compact housing with a 45W dimmable LED driver and an integrated, replaceable LiFePO4 battery. The built-in strain relief allows this driver to be placed loose above the ceiling. The double connectors ensure simple mounting where the mains voltage can be easily looped through.
The HotSpot Plus has an integrated, replaceable LiFePO4 battery and the emergency power supply is adjustable between 1W/540 minutes and 6W/90 minutes burn time. The LED driver is programmable in 1mA increments between 250 and 1400mA with a simple handheld programming tool.
