VinaTech already has a lithium doped capacitor series, the VinaTech Pulse Capacitor (VPC), in a cylindrical 'can' housing. This combination of a hybrid capacitor and a Lithium Ion battery, is now also available as a "pouch" housing, similar to that of LiPo batteries.
This VinaTech pouch series has a nominal voltage of 3.8V, similar to Lithium Ion and is available in the following versions:

In addition to the advantages of hybrid supercapacitors, such as low ESR, wide temperature range and high discharge currents, the pouch variant offers a very compact design and even lower weight compared to common pulse capacitors.
