German EAS makes Li-Ion and LFP cells with extremely good properties.The life of Lithium batteries is heavily affected byhigh temperature in the cell. This can be caused by the internal resistance of the battery. EAS has a unique manufacturing process that keeps the internal resistance extremely low. The HE602030 is a high energy NCA cell of 3.6V and 55Ah which measures Ø60x 203mm and has a guaranteed life of over 1000 cycles at 100% discharge and 2000 cycles at 80% discharge. That is more than double of common cells. The charge temperature of 0~+40°C is standard for Li-Ion but the discharge temperature is -30 ~ +60°C; the low temperature is exceptional.The electrical values also appeal to the imagination: maximum discharge current 100A and2 second pulses even 880A. Composite packs of the HE602030 are used for drives in marine applications, among others,where environmental variables are severe and absolute uptime is demanded.
