With the new XFWCC series, XFMRS is introducing a powerful line of wireless charging coils for transmitters and receivers. Designed for high efficiency and an extremely slim profile, these coils are the ideal building block for demanding inductive applications.
These inductors offer high power density with power ratings up to 100W and current ratings from 3A to 13A in a compact package. Their ultra-low profile and built-in ferrite shielding allow them to integrate seamlessly into space-constrained enclosures. In addition, the high quality factors and low DCR resistances limit heat generation and maximize energy transfer. This brings them in line with Planar technology.
Wireless charging offers a solution for sealed, waterproof, or hygienic enclosures where traditional connectors are vulnerable. Examples include industrial handheld devices and scanners, medical equipment and wearables, robotics and AGVs, and advanced measurement systems.
The XFWCC series is available in various form factors, and custom modifications are available upon request.
