The AK4091 series from PTR Hartmann has proven to be a reliable and compact PCB connector. This connector is widely used for connecting LED strips, but can of course be used for all applications where a low profile is required.
This version with a pitch of 4.0 mm is suitable for horizontal insertion of 0.2 - 0.75 mm² solid or flexible wire. The connector is rated up to 320 V / 9 A and, thanks to its push-in technology with lever operation, combines easy assembly with high electrical performance.
With the introduction of the AK4092, PTR is taking the next step. This connector has a pitch of 6.0 mm, is suitable for 0.5 - 1.5 mm² and offers a load capacity of up to 630 V / 17.5 A (single pole).
The AK4092 is available in 1-4 poles and in three variants: as SMD, through-hole with 1.5 and 2.4 mm pin length in bulk and Tape & Reel.
Thus, this connector is excellent for fully automated processing in modern production lines.
