The Radiall QuickFusio series was developed for applications where these requirements converge. The connectors are designed for use in demanding environments and comply with current aerospace and defense standards such as MIL-DTL-38999 and SAE-AS38999. With an operating temperature range of -65 °C to +175 °C, they are suitable for applications under harsh environmental conditions. Compared to conventional solutions, Radiall claims a volume reduction of up to 40% and a weight reduction of up to 20%.
The connector features a tool-free locking mechanism, allowing for quick connection and disconnection. The series is available for both harness-to-harness and harness-to-equipment applications.
