Inventronics has a new series of 1200W LED drivers with a low input voltage range of 176-305Vac. The EBM-1K2 series has Dim-to-Off functionality and is optimal for building intelligent lighting systems with multiple luminaires on one driver such as UV, horticulture and pool lighting, but also meets the need for high power such as sports field and highway lighting.
The auxiliary power supply of 12V-250mA is for powering sensors and controls or a cooling fan for the LEDs, significantly improving reliability and extending life.
The efficiency is extremely high at 96%, while the inrush current is very low, allowing multiple drivers to be placed on one group.
There are three models with IP66/67 rating. The EBM series has a calculated lifetime of 100,000 hours at Tc 70°C combined with built-in surge protection: 6 kV line-to-line and 10 kV line-to-earth makes this series interesting for many applications.
For regions with unstable grid voltage, there is "Input Under Voltage" (IUVP) and "Input Over Voltage" (IOVP) protection.
The EBM series also provides users with a full view of driver status diagnostics to reduce maintenance costs, schedule preventive maintenance and track assets. The digital dimming feature is implemented through Inventronics' programming software.
