NEO supercaps are distinguished by the application of "anti-wetting" technology.Wetting is the phenomenon of leakage of the electrolyte liquid if a supercap is used outside the temperature specificationsin combination with high humidity. This can damage the circuit board and surrounding electronics.The NEO series cannot leak because there is no liquid incorporated into the electrolyte.The technology is used in 2.7 and 3.0V cells. The NEO series is now available from 1F to 50F for 2.7V and up to 60F for the 3.0V. Features:
