Met de nieuwe PC-0424-010-00 breidt Block zijn portfolio uit op het gebied van 24Vdc UPS-systemen. De modules combineren een directe (<1ms) en automatische omschakeling bij stroomuitval. De duurzame en onderhoudsvrije energieopslag is basis van 1kWs supercaps (EDLC’s) opgebouwd.
The bridging time varies depending on the load. At a load of 1A, it can reach up to 60 minutes, while at the maximum allowable current of 20A, a bridging time of about 2.5 seconds is achieved. For higher powers or longer bridging time, multiple units can be connected in parallel.
Charging an empty UPS buffer takes about 1.5 minutes.
With a width of only 55 mm on the DIN rail and no need for clearance on the sides, the module fits easily into a variety of installations.
Thanks to automatic load and temperature detection, operation is simple and user settings are unnecessary. Two potential-free signaling contacts and 3 LEDs provide clear feedback on operating status.
