Elincom Electronics celebrates its 50th anniversary this year. All this time, we have been helping machine and equipment manufacturers shape their developments to realize their products.
We are grateful to have been able to do this all this time, and we want to share that gratitude with a much higher purpose. That is why we are business friends of the Princess Máxima Center.
About 600 children in the Netherlands are diagnosed with cancer each year, and currently 1 in 4 children still die from this disease. This is why the Princess Máxima Center was founded with one mission: to cure every child with cancer, with optimal quality of life.
The Princess Máxima Center is not an ordinary hospital, but a research hospital. All children with cancer in the Netherlands are treated here and all child cancer research takes place here. This makes the Princess Máxima Center the largest pediatric cancer center in Europe. Over 900 healthcare professionals and 450 researchers work closely with Dutch and international hospitals on better treatments and new perspectives on cures. In this way, they give the child of today the very best care and we take important steps to improve the chances of survival for the children who are not yet cured.
