In modern manufacturing processes and workshops, stable power sources and reproducible charging strategies are increasingly important. Vehicles and industrial systems use a variety of battery technologies, while diagnosis, software updates and quality control often require a constant and safe power supply. Deutronic's DBLx3 series was developed in response to these requirements.
The chargers function as both powerful battery chargers and stable power supply units. With a continuous output current of up to 120 A, they can reliably supply vehicle electronics during, for example, flash programming, diagnosis or programming processes. At the same time, they offer controlled charging for lead-acid, AGM, GEL, fleece and lithium-ion batteries.
The DBLx3 series includes intelligent features such as automatic battery detection (depending on configuration), a built-in commissioning wizard and support for 21 languages. The chargers respond even to very low loads, so systems are activated immediately as soon as a vehicle or test rig is connected. Furthermore, they feature protection against short circuits, reverse polarity, faulty batteries and unwanted arcing. The devices are also suitable for use with sensitive vehicle electronics, including airbag systems and modern on-board networks.
These features make the DBLx3 suitable for deployment on production lines, rework stations and in workshops. The chargers are used worldwide by leading OEMs and are deployable in modern industrial work processes.
