Renxin's RX612-163-A4 pin heatsink series offers lighting designers and luminaire manufacturers an efficient solution to easily integrate high-power COB LEDs, such as the Citizen CLU-04Q but also others, into their lighting designs.
The RX612-163-A4 has a circular base of Ø163mm and a thickness of 10mm. On it are positioned 386 individual pins of Ø3mm by 60mm. The design is optimized for maximum thermal behavior for both forced airflow and natural convection. By using Al1050 alloy (95% purity), the heat sink delivers a thermal conductivity of 226 W/mK.
The optimized geometry keeps the weight below 1020 grams. The COB LEDs can be securely fastened with screws, clamps or adhesive film, offering flexibility in assembly.
