Flange plate KDS-FP - cable management at its best

With the KDS-FP flange plate, CONTA-CLIP is taking the tool-free click-and-push concept of its patented KDS-Click cable entry system to the next level. This addresses the desire of machine builders to be able to make adjustments in the field. KDS-FP is a highly flexible solution for the management of cables and pneumatic or hydraulic lines: number and diameter of holes required can be effortlessly adjusted at any time without drilling, cutting or sawing while still providing a reliable IP66 seal continuously. Thanks to the conical shape, the sealing elements can be easily pushed through the frame opening or inlays and just as easily removed for new or additional cabling. Unused frame openings are securely sealed with blind plate elements. This ensures that cabling can be easily adjusted, even for single cables, without having to disassemble the frame. Two types of flange plates are available: KDS-FP-2×10/24 and KDS-FP-3 x 10/24 for up to 20 or up to 30 configurable frame openings. Multiple form factors are under development.
