Celduc's SDI solid state relays have been upgraded with stronger IGBTs.
These relays are protected against overcurrent, load short circuit, overvoltage and transients and have temperature monitoring. The ultra low Rds-On minimizes power losses and heating.
The SDI is available in three versions:
- 750Vdc/50A with 24-48Vdc control
- 750Vdc/50A with 72-110Vdc control
- 750Vdc/100A with 24-48Vdc control
Typical applications are EV charging and powering, in trains and streetcars or for switching power circuits in renewable energy.
