The mounting formats range from 13.5 × 13.5 mm to 28 × 28 mm with nine different die configurations, available in On BBL and Below BBL variants, particularly suitable for retail.
The high flux densities require thermal management: packages such as Type Y mention a thermal resistance of ~0.34 °C/W for 28 × 28 mm version.
