Citizen is the world leader in Chip On Board LEDs and has again introduced two new COB LEDs, namely an amber and a blue variant. With these, traditional lighting can be approached even more closely. The amber COB with a color temperature of 2200K with Ra 65 is available in 8 variants from 25 to 590W. With an excellent efficiency of 140lm/W and a long lifetime of 50,000 hours (L70), this LED is designed to replace traditional lighting with high-pressure sodium. The illumination of churches, historical buildings and other objects can now be performed with LED with the advantages of LED such as: low energy consumption, long lifetime, quick start and dimming. In addition to the amber version, the blue color in 455nm is also available with the same general characteristics. These LEDs are intended for architectural lighting in swimming pools or for buildings, as well as for fish and poultry farmers. These colored COB LEDs have the same form factor as standard LEDs, therefore existing accessories such as connectors, optics and heat sinks can be used.
