Vacancy - Sales Engineer Inside Sales

We are looking for a new colleague!

From stair elevators to chip machines, from control equipment in stables to underground waste containers, our electronics components can be found everywhere. And in this rapidly developing and dynamic high-tech market, we need people!

Your challenge

You are the internal, technical and commercial contact in the field of components for our customers. These are usually developers / manufacturers of devices (industrial electronics) or machines (industrial automation) in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Our manufacturers are located worldwide, but the majority are European.
You will work closely with a small and close team of about 8 colleagues in the office. You will also be part of an organization where cooperation with the field sales force (9 product managers) is essential.

Some of your duties

Analyze incoming customer inquiries and recognize opportunities
Consult on technical and commercial matters with our international manufacturers
Prepare quotations, monitor margins in them and follow-up on quotations
Supervise orders and work with the purchasing department to monitor the delivery process
Work with product managers to follow up leads, from trade shows, websites or email inquiries

What do you bring?

Multitasking: you can switch well between different tasks and keep an overview, even under pressure
Communication skills: you work smoothly with colleagues and suppliers
Technical-administrative talent: you have an affinity with technology but also with administrative processes
Language Skills: Dutch is the working language, but practical knowledge of English and/or German is a plus
Education level: MBO or HBO in electronics or commerce
Location: you preferably live near Capelle aan den IJssel
