EasyB offers the appropriate tripping characteristic for every application. Different tripping characteristics are needed: there are consumers with high inrush currents such as drives, but sensitive equipment can actually be damaged as a result. In addition to slow fuses and fuses with built-in current limitation, there is now also a fast fuse that trips short circuits within 2ms.
All the different characteristics can be easily combined within the EasyB system and thus adapted exactly to the load. The new variants with one channel or two channels are UL508, UL2367 and 1A to 4A NEC Class 2 certified. With the internal fuse adapted to the rated current, these modules also meet protection according to EN60204-1.
